Never using this location again70% over charged ...4 times rented from this location... on the 4th time I was in a hurry, and basically said I trusted this location its the same trips with the gas added ... I see 70% added charge, they claimed I went over on KM and filled no gas. I said I can prove the bill from the Canadian Tire bill across the street... they claimed I put no gas ... They never sent the bill by email they lost my email" and they had no pictures proving their story.Oct. 29

Staff is extremely rude, Wanted to buy 12 boxes different sizes, I picked up two boxes so far and looking around for more stuff but the guy and a girl at the counter was rushing. Don’t know if they were properly trained about customer service. So I didn’t buy anything else and not coming back to buy or rent anything from here. Very poor service.

I had them install a bike hitch and they told me they sold bike racks. I bought it in March 2021 and after 7 months, yes SEVEN months, and multiple calls never received the bike rack. I recently made my monthly call to see where the rack was and they finally put me to customer service. After explanation of what I have been experiencing they just sent my deposit back to me with no call from the manager at the St. Catharines Welland Road location. End result 7 months of ignorance and no bike rack!! Do not use their services for bike racks, you won't get one, only major BS and headaches.

Never had such terrible customer service. You should change you sign from best service to sub par service. I was waiting to have my propane tanks filled. One woman said she couldn't do it because she wasn't certified. I waited over 30 mins and no one came to help I even went in and they said someone would be with us shortly.. 15 minutes later. so we drove off and had excellent service elsewhere.Really sad and pathetic. You definitely do NOT have the BEST service.

Super helpful. Was at this location on Friday, Oct 28, 2022 and the guy there was so nice. Lots of vehicles on the lot, I was surprised. Went in to buy boxes, packing paper and tape. The box bundles are heavy and he helped me carry to my car. Highly recommend this location in St Catharines. Only buy boxes from Uhaul directly rather than the Uhaul dealers. So much cheaper. Don’t buy your boxes anywhere else but Uhaul. Box bundles way cheaper and you can return unused items as long as you keep your receipt. Thank you again for your help! I wished I took down his name. Nice young man.
