Central Business District
The CBD of Winnipeg has a decent amount to do and is close to The Forks, and Exchange District, both with vibrant stores and restaurants. Lost of office buildings as could be expected. There is an underground network connecting ma y buildings. It is heavily used during work hours mostly because you cannot cross as the main intersection of downtown, you are forced to go underground. It is getting safer in the underground too which is nice.
