I can't say how much I appreciated the service that I received from Jose, Max, and Rabin. They were all complete professionals when I spoke to them and/or when they were in my home. The job was explained very clearly and they did exactly what they said they would do. They were very careful with keeping the area clean and tidy, and even put in extra care to make sure the area was not accessible to my small pets.The price was extremely fair and I feel confident that the job could not have been done better had I gone somewhere else. I highly recommend Kleen Condition. Thank you, Guys!

Terrible!!!I called to ask a question regarding a service. Person on the other side answered - I quote: No!! Bye!! I find it simply rude - If you don't want to talk to people - do not advertise your number or services. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I wish there were more stars to give. I HIGHLY recommend Kleen Condition to anyone in need for mold remediation. Everyone was extremely professional and super personable. Mold remediation itself is a homeowners worst nightmare, but everyone we worked with was so genuine, considerate and professional it made the process a lot less stressful.Thanks alot!!!

Sadly I have to give this company one star. I contacted them last week in regards to mold removal in my uncles home. The gentlemen I spoke with on the phone said he would give one of his inspectors our phone number and he would call to schedule a time to visit. 4 days later, we had still not received a call. Since they were so highly rated we thought we would give them a second chance. My uncle called back to inquire about why we hadn't received an appointment call. The gentleman on the phone said he had been manning the phones the day we had called and did not remember anything about it. He said he was on a job at the moment, but would call back in 20-30 minutes to get the address so he could visit the following day. Its still a day later and we have received no return call. Considering their very high rating on Google, this is quite disappointing. I find it quite disrespectful to blow off potential clients twice in a row. We will be searching for a new mold specialist. We prefer to give our money to someone who respects clients enough to return their calls and follow up.

i found the people at kleen condition to be very professional. They completed all of the work on time and according to the original estimate provided. They were very thorough.All of the work was first rate and I would highly reccomend them .
