Trash courier service. Do not use these guys or expect your delivery to arrive on time. I have experienced two seperate occurrences, where time sensitive shipments did not arrive due to poor service. This can be pin pointed directly to the driver, however it is a reflection of Pitney Bowes service as a whole and if you can avoide using them as an option; it would be in your best interest to do so.

I ordered an item through Amazon and you guys are the listed shipping company. When I tracked my item it showed as delivered yet I never received it. This is the first time this has happened to me when ordering something through Amazon. I now realize your company is the one at fault. People need to keep reporting this company and let amazon know about this so that they do not use this shipping company. At least Amazon gave me a refund but you guys are wasting people's time by not actually delivering packages.

Such a trash delivery company 3 attempts to deliver a package. Don't even call or wait to be let in the build when I left instruction that it was fob access and they need to be let in by someone. Seriously didn't even try to deliver the package. Package was a gift. Spent a decent amount of money on. Can't believe Amazon even uses this delivery company they are completely useless.

I had a shipment from Amazon sellers with tracking number Pitney Bowes company. They don’t take care your package un politely. Don’t understand why they put their name on tracking info.

I ordered from Amazon, Pitney Bowes are the courier,? (never heard) I was 'Guaranteed by 8pm on set date, the package arrived at distribution center in my town at 9 am (20mins away), so I think positive chance it will be delivered by end of day. Then no package. The next morning I check delivery and they say it should arrive but if it doesnt request a refund,? ....its at the distribution center in my town - Ive waited over a week+ how can this be allowed, it reflects on Amazon that they use a 3rd party thats incapable of providing a service...come on Amazon fire these goons. If it arrives I will reflect this revue.

useless company, i track my package to be in my town 5mins away, and they Unfortunately, a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your delivery. ? Undeliverable What!!!??? and still waiting for a refund.2 weeks now

These goons didn't drop off my package when they said they did, got a update my Amazon package was delivered Sunday at 8:06 pm.I got this update Sunday at 7 pm so not sure how you drop something off at a time that hasn't happened yet.All the reviews make me think they are just stealing items and Amazon shouldn't use these guys.Love how all I get is a Amazon refund, after I waited a week for something I really need.

Absolutely terrible service. I had never heard of this company and I honestly wish I never did. I had ordered a package thru Amazon and had talked to Amazon several times regarding my package not showing up. I had received something completely different which was not even close to the original item I had ordered. After talking to Amazon several times I had decided to reach out to Pitney Bowes explaining my concern in which I was told that they cant do anything about it and that they cant help. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
