Wood Wheaton Honda

Bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue from here about a year ago. From the sales staff to the service department, it was a super easy experience. Since having it, I've taken it there to get serviced more than once and been met with outstanding customer service, especially from Chris. Will definitely continue to keep bringing my business here :)

Brought my CRV in for service 30 minutes early to my 10:30 appointment for an oil change and brake inspection. I also asked them to replace my wipers and take a look at my suspension components. I tell them I'm from out of town (Quesnel). They told me 12-1230 tops. At 11:09 I get a text asking for approval for parts for a recommended brake lube and rear diff service. I approve it when I look at my phone 8 minutes later. I come back at 1pm, nothing's been done besides my oil change. When I didn't answer right away the mechanics took my car off the lift and started working on other cars and when I ask when is the other stuff going to get done they say it's looking like 45 minutes before they will even start looking at it again. I talk to the manager, no apology, she says she'll call back and let me know why they kicked my car out after an 8 minute delay in hearing back from me for part approvals. No offer to get my car in right away. No call back. Never again!

My wife Jessie Hiebert went for the first oil charge on her used 2019 honda on June 18th thought all was good till we went to purden this weekend. Driving highway speed we kept hearing a grinding noise when we hit small bumps. Pulled over and l looked under are car found that two of the bolt that holds the aluminum skidplate up were missing. So going highway speed it pulls down and scapes the ground. Not impressed going to take it to them first thing Monday. Had to go 70 to 80km so it wouldn't scape the ground. Dylan for the service department went over and above to make it right. Great customer service.

The service department is wonderful. My favorite person is Chris. He is a nice genuine caring guy that looks out for the customers best interest.I just purchased a new Honda Pilot the other day after having my 2006 Honda Pilot for a long while.So I now have experience with the sales department too. The salesman was a great person too. Just an honest , not pushy or “salemany” . He made the process so easy. I highly recommend Gord Soulds .

Staff here are always extremely kind and accommodating. I bought my car here in 2021 and have really loved it and had no issues with either the car or the dealership. I liked my sales person - I think his name is Cory - and had a great experience buying a car here for the first time

Recently had my 2004 Acura MDX serviced here, and they were great!!! I had a valve adjustment and a few other issues that needed fixed. They kept in touch throughout the whole process when other things needed attended to. They worked with my budget and made the whole experience pleasant. My mdx drives like a dream now. Thank you so much for explaining everything that was serviced and doing a few recalls.

After my amazing experience with the Wood Wheaton Honda & GMC I had to make sure to leave them a review. I am travelling from out of town and my truck started making funny grinding noises. First thing in the morning I went to the GMC dealership and talked to Levi, he was so great and super helpful but they unfortunately didn't have time to take a look at my truck. Levi called over to the Honda and asked if they could squeeze me In! Honda did just that. I am super thankful for Dylon and his great customer service at Honda. Thank you so much to Levi (for making the call) & Dylon and the team at Honda for fixing my trucks wheel bearing so quickly! I might add I had my two little girls with me so I am super grateful for their promt service!Highly recommend!
