The Indian owner(or manager) of this office is absolutely RUDE and unprofessional!!!! Will never come back to this location anymore, I'd rather drive further for another location. This guy should be fired for his terrible attitude and Canada Post should be shamed hiring him.Updated- Just went to the Canada Post in the Shoppers across the street, the staff there is SUPER nice!

Visited this place to leave a pre-paid parcel. Then realized that the box's original tape sticked out. To fix it I ask an operator for 5-6 inches of Scotch tape. My kind request refused and I was told to buy a $8 roll.Thanks very much for your generosity! I'll remember that.

Staff not helpful at all. Preferred going across the road to the Canada post in Shoppers. Rates are higher in person compared to the Canada post website- no help offered to match it- wrong measurements and dimensions of package. Bad service.

The Chinese lady with glasses that works at this location is absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional every time i go in with my returns she has a huge problem and starts making rude comments towards me with no shame, I don't know why she works here if she simply cant do her job. Don't recommend this location to anyone better off going somewhere else where staff actually do their job and don't judge you

I wanted to post a parcel which was already paid by amazon and they said the tape is not properly affixed and you have to buy a tape for $3. They sold me a tape which I didnt want and when I said do you want me to donate the tape they said yes!!! Awful so sorry for Canada post! I wont go there never!!!!

The lady ( she has eye glass and curly hair drom Iran) work there is very unprofessional and lacks customer service. Shame on you Canada Post for hiring these type of rude staff

Dropped off a package last week . The Employee was helpful , however the manager was rude and made unpleasant comments to the employee in front of customers !!! Very unprofessional! She must of been having a bad day

Sick and tired of the rude behaviour by the Chinese lady with glasses who works here. She has a problem doing her job and will always make comments towards me to make me embarassed. I will not be returning to this location until she is gone.
