My initial inquiry was quickly addressed. Dawn A provided very quick communications on services, a quote and the actual Quickbooks file conversion. The file conversion went smoothly and with100% accuracy. I was highly impressed and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone needing Quickbooks file conversions.

The staff were very communicative, responding promptly and courteously, and saw me through the conversion with great support. The service is very valuable because it will save a lot of software license fees in future years without compromising the needs of my business.

My experience with E-Tech was very positive. They executed a migration of books for a client of mine. It was completed within 2 days of the files being sent to them and the method of uploading these sensitive documents, I felt was as secure as it could be. I'll definitely use E-Tech again.

I wasn't sure about doing a conversion from quickbooks Enterprise to Premier. Many companies would advertise a price then when you dug deeper they would add more options and it would go from $299 to $2990 literally! E-tech was the most responsive played no deceptive games and had it done in less than half a day. They have a US address, their attention to security is second to none. I will use them again and definitely recommend their services.

It can sometimes be difficult to create the trust needed to be certain you are dealing with a reputable vendor - especially on line. AWESOME INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! I was being held what I would consider hostage by Sage Simply Accounting. I had been a faithful Sage user since the time it was called Bedford Accounting. At the time that I required multi-user capabilities for my business the only option was Quantum. Back in 2013 - my renewal for this program, including payroll, was just a touch over $1700.00 annually. Go only six years into present 2019 and my renewal was going to be $4100.00 annually. I wanted to desperately change to Premium (4 user) for just under $2000.00 but I would loose ALL my historical data PLUS I could not have both programs installed on the same system at the same time. This so that I could have at least access to this historical data. Sage customer service and support had no answers and no solutions - it was too bad - so sad". I looked at even switching completely away from Sage - but I couldn't find an accounting program that did the accounting the way I wanted it done and my staff was use to Sage. My IT company located E-Tech and in less than 24 hours they had all my data converted from Quantum to Premium AND maintained ALL my historical data. This saved me just under $2000.00 this year already!!!I would highly recommend this company - if I could have crawled through my computer I would have hugged each and every one of them!! My staff is also extremely happy - they don't have to learn a new program and all the historical lookup data is there easily at their finger tips!! THANK YOU E-Tech!!!!"

As an IT Provider, I've used E-Tech twice now for the conversion of Sage 50 databases. E-Tech has been super prompt, their pricing is great, turn around time is phenomenal. It's rare these days to find a vendor that is so responsive, prompt, and delivers what they say they will when they will. I'm stoked to have E-Tech as a choice vendor to refer my customers to!
