I was with Miller Insurance for 5-6 years and never had an incident so was not in contact with them frequently. However, I recently purchased a new vehicle and my broker, Tracey, was very unresponsive. I was switching insurance companies (Eco to Gore) for a cheaper rate (Saving about $600). Eco was taking money out of my bank monthly but I was ensured that Gore was my current insurance provider (That was the slip I had in my car, and confirmed by a rep on the 1-800 number). After a few months I decided to call each company, it seemed that Tracey did not submit a cancellation form to Eco or send in the insurance application to Gore that I signed and returned to her. I emailed, called and left messages multiple times (6 phone calls, 5 emails in total to Tracey (not including the 1-800 number)). In one instance I called Tracey's direct line and was sent to voicemail so I called the 1-800 number (which is the generic claim number) and lo and behold Tracey picked up so clearly she was available and at her desk but unwilling to talk to me or at least, answer her direct line. She acted as if she was unaware of the issue and said she would look into the issue and gave her a few days but after no update, called and sent another email with no response. I finally got a hold of Stacey, who I believe is Tracey's supervisor who said she would look into the incident and get back to me but never called me back the following day. All together the insurance policy I was switching from would save me $600/year but given this went on for ~5 months it ended up costing me $250 plus cancellation fees when I switched brokers. I'm hoping customer satisfaction can vary based on broker and this is not a reflection on how Miller Insurance operates on a day to day basis. I'd recommend that you spend your money on businesses that actually respect you.

Wow, thought it was just me, apparently not. I sent Tracey the same email, everyday for nearly 2 weeks, the only reply I got was a automatic reply on a day she was not in office. I also called and left a message complaining about this, never got a response. They were eager to set up my policy 4 years ago, but if you have a issue or a question, good luck getting a hold of them. They will send you notices for renewals but will NOT reply to any questions you have. I can't say this goes for the entire company, but it is this way with Tracey. We are trying to sell our house and move and need information from them
