Cineplex

The theatre rooms are reasonably clean and the seats are very comfortable. The screens are large and the sound really immerses you into the experience.Most of the staff is good but there's an odd few that seem to dislike their jobs. The washrooms aren't always kept clean either.

I was really looking forward to going to this theater & it didn’t disappoint! As soon as you get in the doors, it looks like you’ll have a fun time! Ticket booths on the right, concession ahead, an arcade & theaters on the left. A great place for the family, a date, or just going to the movies with friends or alone.The seating. Better than VIP at Galaxy. I had heard that the seats were more like Landmark’s and that’s true.. though if I remember correctly, Landmark’s seats recline fully (the legs & the back), whereas the seats here are mainly just the legs. That being said, there still seemed to be some give in the back & I never got uncomfortable during my 2h 18m movie.Sound quality was really good! Mostly surround if not fully.. it would be fun to see a movie there that took advantage of that.I didn’t go to concession, but it looked standard to Cineplex options & quality. The washrooms were nice, clean, and big! Friendly & helpful staff.Overall I would say Landmark still has the best seating, but this is a close second. Will I come here over Galaxy? Probably.. depending on showtimes or what’s playing. The movie I saw wasn’t at Galaxy, so if the opposite were true.. but if the same movie was at both, it would depend on what time worked best. If times were identical, I’d come here. I also choose Cineplex over Landmark because of the Scene points.

Love the reclining chairs and No VIP price required also the space in the isles so you're not getting up to let people by. Concession has real butter which added to the deliciousness and experience.

Movie experience was fine, not exceptional but not terrible by any means. The bathrooms, however, were disgusting. The floors were covered in toilet paper and popcorn, the stall I was unfortunate enough to use had no paper, and there were stains and spills (Coke?) On the counter. Super disappointing experience.

VIsited Cineplex movie theater and overall, it was a good experience. The kiosk to buy tickets was easy to use and we were able to purchase our tickets quickly. However, we had to wait in line for popcorn and soda, which took a bit longer than we had anticipated due to it being close to the movie start time.Once we had our snacks, we settled in to watch the movie, and my kids had a great time. The theater was clean and comfortable, and the sound and picture quality were great.After the movie, we went to the arcade area, and my kids had a blast playing basketball hoop and air hockey table, among other games.Overall, I would recommend Cineplex for a fun family outing. While the wait time for snacks was a bit of a downside, the movie-watching experience was great, and the arcade area provided additional entertainment for the kids.

Seats are very comfortable but the cleanliness is a little lacking especially when there's so much staff standing in the concession but I enjoyed the movie

Went with the whole family for a movie night.Myself, my wife, three kids and watched the Mario bros movie.The counter staff were entertaining and enthusiastic when my smaller ones picked out snacks.The building was clean and well maintained.The washrooms were clean and well maintained.My back hurts alot and the seats were comfortable, well maintained. I really appreciated the recline feature.Could not have asked for a better experience.

First and most importantly: the captioning system worked! I had so many bad experiences with that at the Galaxy that I gave up on movies all together a few years back. The auditorium I was in was clean and the seats were quite comfortable. There were only 3 other people watching the movie with me, so there were no issues there. The concession was EXPENSIVE and the condiment area needed to be wiped down, tidied, and restocked. I didn't use the washroom. Free parking was a bonus!

I was blown away but the comfort of the reclining comfy seats. And being a very tall person, I was amazed by how much leg room there was. My legs stick way out from the motorized raised foot stool thing and other people could easily walk between my feet or legs and the chair in front of me! Screen was vivid, sound was insanely loud but imo it should be. My ears are currently ringing tho...
