JPS Furnace & Air Conditioning

JPS provided me with a quote for a ductless system for my condo that met my exact needs and made it simple to get approval from the board. Once it was approved, they were able to book my installation the following day! The system is whisper quiet! My only regret is not doing it sooner.

Positive:- Excellent install for my water heater. (Inside and out). Very clean work.- Friendly staff that took care of really doing a good job cleaning the site after themselves in the end.- Install manager came during the day to check on his crew’s work.- Excellent financing with « FinanceIt ».- Impeccable job rewiring my thermostat.- Their rendez-vous / texting system is outstanding.Negative:- Was promised a cover for my AC unit during the sales process. Bad surprise when they said no on installation day.- Ugly install of the external condnder unit. Wiring not protected against the elements. No « fortress ducting » or any sort of covering other than silicon. During the sale, I was told « no extras guaranteed ». When I asked for something to cover the wiring, they said: « We only do this for condos or special orders. This is not included ». Very disappointing.- A small tubing was discovered to be broken for my humidifier. Install manager promised to have his crew come back and rectify that. After a week wait, I called. Asked for a call back…and never got one.- Trust issue: I was never notified that half the crew that came were in their first week or first install at JPS. I would have liked to be informed because it made any statement from them about the above concerns very untrustworthy. Same goes for the AC startup process. I was told it went well, but seeing how trust is lacking now, I might need to get my brand new AC serviced by someone else this summer.Conclusion:Overall, an OK experience. You get what you pay for. Had more trust in « Legacy Heating » for my other property.

I recently had air conditioning installed in my home and I am extremely happy with the result. The sales person Allen was knowledgeable & professional and helped me chose the best option for my home. The installers Josh and Travis were very friendly, professional and did an excellent job with the installation. Josh took the time to answer all my questions and provided thorough instructions on how to use my new thermostat. I will definitely use JPS in the future and recommend their services.

I has AC installed by JPS. The initial appointment with the Advisor was set up quickly with a convenient time. The Advisor was prompt and very professional. He thoroughly explained all options and had videos to support what he was telling me. The team that came to install my new AC worked efficiently and ensured that all my questions were answered. They reviewed all of their work with me and showed me how my new thermostat worked before they left. I was very pleased with everyone from JPS, including the communications from the main office. I highly recommend JPS for any furnace or AC installations, cleanings or repairs.

I had an A/C issue and from the time the appointment was booked, I received exceptional services from the dispatch to Andrew Legrand (the Technician). Andrew did a full diagnostic on the furnace and A/C unit and discovered the problem. He quickly quick switched out the capacitor unit and the A/C was running again. Thank you Andrew. Life saver. I will be requesting Andrew to come back and do a full maintenance on my 2 furnace. Services was quick and very professional. Andrew was very easy to chat with and he explained every step.

Wonderful Air Conditioning!!!!!! We have lived in sheer bliss for almost seven weeks now. We started the process with JPS in April when Jay came and explained everything we needed to know. The installation was set up on our timetable and at our convenience. Sheldon and team did the installation with efficiency and exactness and all the while asking us if we were satisfied with the placement of the A/C heads and the outside unit of our Daikin Mini -split system. They were so careful with our home and possessions. JPS even did follow-up calls after the install to check on our satisfaction. And we are truly satisfied with our experience. Aaron the account associate came by and showed us all our options very thoroughly. He was able to get the installers in the next day! Both installers were very friendly, courteous of our home and ensured we knew everything we needed to about what was happening and how to use our new thermostat. I would go with this company again!

We purchased our AC with JPS last year after a thorough comparison of product and value add service between competitors. We had our AC/Furnace and Ducts cleaned and the service we received reiterated our decision to purchase through JPS. They are accommodating, send photo and ID confirmation of the expert technician you can expect at your door for security purposes, send text message updates as well. Our technician exhibited a clean and professional demeanour, was incredibly knowledgeable and polite.The inspection comes complete with photos and comments for your record. If anyone ever asks, we will now always recommend JPS.

The overall experience with JPS has been great. From consulting with Mick to the installation. I was very impressed with the JPS team that installed my AC system. They were on time, and very professional. They walked me through what they were going to do before doing anything, and walked my through what they did after the installation. They cleaned up everything inside and out, you wouldn't have known they were even there, which was great. I would recommend JPS again.
