We called Mr. Appliance for a broken ice maker. They had an opening the same morning and had it replaced within 2 hours of our initial call. Our service person, Justin, was professional, helpful, and kept a tidy workspace. Although it wasn’t cheap, the pricing seemed fair.

The service technician who did our repairs was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and did the repairs very quickly. He was conscientious about not tracking any mud into our house and cleaning up after the repairs. I will reach out to this company again for future appliance repairs.

My first experience using Mr. Appliance of Traverse City services to have my dryer repaired exceeded all expectations. They were easy to contact and the process to schedule an appointment was equally easy. Their technician, Justin, was in my area finishing another appointment and arrived at my home in less than an hour. He was so helpful and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions, including taking a look at my dishwasher. I learned some very helpful maintenance tips. Mr. Appliance is my HERO!
