Not much to say about ambiance at a tow yard. Well established company with reliable service.

I haven't lived in Moose Jaw since 1988 but it upsets me to see so many negative reviews for this company. No company can last 45 years if their service was as bad as some of these reviews claim. Walkers towing was the towing company our family business always used in the 70s and 80s (Texaco service station) and they always gave great service to us. I remember calling them to pull my car out of the ditch one very late, drunken, rainy Friday night at 2am when I slid off a muddy country road in the middle of nowhere, and Mr Walker was very courteous and professional. He just shook his head and grinned. I miss those baby blue tow trucks!

Was charged 20 bucks for 24 boir storage when my jeep had just been dropped off 14 minutes prior to me paying for the tow. Then after i paid ny bill i had to wait 45min for a driver to come amd unlock the gate for me to get my jeep. Only reason they are in business is because of people in need of desperate help and are unaware of other options or simply because the moose jaw police services only uses them for calls. Id give zero stars if i could.

Called at about 1:30 a.m. as I was stranded on the side of the highway 105kms from Moose Jaw. More than happy to pay him whatever he wanted for his assistance. Instead he said it was too far away and didn't want to come help us. Was condescending because my husband was having issues putting the donut on in the cold dark on the side of the number 1. What tow truck driver leaves someone stranded on the highway. Clearly this is not the right line of work for you to be in. Do not recommend at all.

They were super helpful towing my vehicle over an hour away into Moose Jaw in -34°. Took it right to the garage as promised. Only took three hours to respond due to the overload of calls so very grateful they could fit me in as quick as they did under harsh circumstances.

Maybe look into hiring more experienced operators, cheaper isnt always better especially when a customers vehicle is literally on the line

Will never use their services again. The dispatcher/whoever picks up the calls is extremely rude and unprofessional. She needs to learn some basic customer service skills.Got stuck in snow 25km north of Moose Jaw on a grid road in the middle of the night, called CAA and these guys responded, their driver Robert came and brought us back to Moose Jaw. He said there was no way our vehicle would be towed at that time, which is understandable. He told us to call them in the morning and they’ll be able to help us.Next day I call them for help, first thing the dispatcher asks me is who is paying for this? They called me a liar for giving CAA the wrong location (which I never did). Someone yelling in the background, “you can tow the car yourself or get someone else to do, we won’t do it.” Conversation never got to a point where I would have paid them if they were willing to help. Don’t know how this business is still around.1 star only cause the tow-truck driver Robert was kind enough to give us a ride back to Moose Jaw.

I have no words about how rude and unprofessional this company is.More over after talking to them and explaining my problem they were not ready to understand any thing. Thanks to the receptionist for be un imaginably rude.I request god to bless them with some customer service skills.And request moose jaws public to stay away from these folks.

Excellent customer service on the phone very patient and good with my questions. Tow service was great as well got me unstuck and sent me on my way Huge help thanks guys will call if im ever stuck around moose jaw again

Yes they showed up. But it took an awful long time, just over 2 hours.So trying to explain a very basic location to them was like talking to a brick wall. Super frustrating and angering that I would personally try to never deal with them again.
