Lisa at Los Rios made this such a great, seamless process for us moving from Alberta. Los Rios was our first stop and she met us on a Sunday to get our items into storage! She took the time to meet us and chat. It's hard to find this level or service and sincerity anymore and we sincerely appreciate it. Thank you Lisa and Los Rios Storage!

We decided to use Los Rios storage because of the previous reviews we have read on this business.This was definitely the right call. We have had our unit with LR for many months now and this facility is very easy to access. The manager Lisa is phenomenal. She is an excellent person to deal with in every regard.We will happily recommend this place to our friends and family and we will be back should we ever need these services again.Thank you very much.

Lisa is an absolutely amazing Manager. So helpful, fast with communication, and kind. Used both walk in locker and outdoor trailer storage, never concerned about access or safety, peace of mind regarding my valuables. Highly recommend this storage facility - wouldn't go anywhere else again.

Los Rios Storage came to our rescue last minute when we were between moves. They made a significant difference to us during this time of anxiety and uncertainty, and Lisa was incredible. She was kind, responsive, and made sure that all of our needs were met. The facility was clean, safe, and up-to-date in terms of security. Billing was easy and accurate and we highly recommend this location. Fair prices too!

Los Rios is a perfect storage unit complex. It’s clean, safe, secure, well-managed and the units are very easy to access (no elevators, hallways to maneuver).Lisa is amazing and so helpful to deal with. I highly encourage anyone who is looking for short or long term needs, to get a hold of Lisa at Los Rios and book a storage unit.I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. I myself will continue to be a customer and have recommended it to others.

I am very satisfied with Los Rios Storage. The customer service is awesome, the stuff is very friendly. The drive up units are easy to access and secured. I felt my belongings were safe there and never had any issues with getting in or out. I was renting a 5 x 10 unit and I really liked the fact the door was on the 10' side, so I could access my items easy. Highly recommend it!
