Polished Nails & Spa

My regular nail salon could not get my daughter and I in on short notice so we came here for the first time. Clean and festive space. Quick to sit us on a Saturday morning. I watched as every customer walking through the door was attended to prompt and professionally. Service was amazing, I think I even fell asleep during my massage. Did exactly as asked from both my daughter and I and attention to detail was amazing. Might have a new spot to get our nails done ❤️

I would not recommend this place especially if you want nail art. They have no idea what they’re doing I asked for ombré and they had no idea how to do it. She used her finger to blend it out leaving finger prints on my nail looking very messy and bad. I also got French tips on my other nails and they didn’t clean them up to look clean also made the tip wayy to thick. I left the salon very unhappy with my nails and their service today. Now I have to look at these nails for the next month being unhappy with them. Also as I kept telling them I didn’t like she would call another employee over sounding like they were talking bad about me because I simply did not like what she was doing. Very disappointing as I’ve been here lots before. Not again.

I walked in without an appointment and was able to get both a Manicure and Pedicure.The place was clean, relaxing and the staff are so careful to do a good job and make you feel comfortable.I would recommend this for anyone that has never had a pedicure to go and try it.My nails looked great for a wedding I was attending.Thankyou

Oof, well strike one on my quest for a new nail salon.- Left me sitting for 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment (kept seating walk ins though).- I asked for regular polish, she brought gel samples (even after asking if the samples were regular). Ended up not getting polish at all because she took so long to do the nails and I had another appointment to get to.- Got the shape wrong (even after I corrected her after the first couple nails). I fixed them at home.- Didn't clean up the underside of my nails.- Things looked dirty (not physical space, but containers, smocks, tools).I guess a simple acrylic nail and shape is too much to ask for.

Horrible experience for my daughter, nails were extremely thick and also pointed upwards. Returned and asked for nail removal and refund, the employee agreed and went to remove the nails. She must have not understood because she then refused a refund and tried to charge me for nail removal. Will never use this business again or recommend to anyone.

I love taking my granddaughters with me to get fingers and toes done! Polished Nails is a very nice salon with talented staff and a huge assortment of colors for every season!

They don't know how to say no to walk ins and pay attention to the customers they have. Put a base coat on as a top coat, and also didn't apply it evenly, it's very clear and obvious which parts of the nail were missed. Didn't provide any lotion at any point during the service. The design work was not done well (hearts look like mickey mouse ears, wrong colors used, lines not straight). It's been less than a week and my polish is cracking. Had 3 different people working on me at different points and they kept repeating steps. Rushed me out the door at the end without letting it fully dry. I honestly could have done the same thing at home, if not better. Very unimpressed!

Not sure if owners have changed.. disappointed last few times. They got busy when we were there today.. didn't finish existing customers and rushed to get in new customers. I received a hasty pedicure and then waited at least 15 minutes for someone to finish my service..asked her 4 or 5 times to fix my nails.. time try a new place.

It’s a gamble each time when I visit with the quality of service that I receive. The nail techs are always rushing and talking with management and there is no consistency with the faces of the staff as they are always changing.
