Everyone is so kind and understanding, I've never had any issues with my order. The fried chicken is always really good and they are generous with the amount of fries that come with the meal. Would definitely order from here again!!!:)

This place needs to up their portions for their prices. I asked for extra chicken on my chicken and there was definitely nothing extra about it. Also they forgot the gravy and had to bring it to me. They brought it to me pretty quick, I'll give them that but if im paying 17 bucks for a small poutine with extra chicken on it, id hope they'd put the extra amount I paid for!

Just now i ordered a small brown chicken poutine. When i open n eat , chicken is cold. I called to back restaurant and they said just put in microwave. Coz they always give cold chicken in poutine and with the hot gravy chicken become hot. Shiiittttt totallyyuy shittttttt. They give old chicken. -100 rating

This place used to be a quality restaurant. My husband had the club sandwich and said it had an after taste like the bread had freezer burn or just didn't taste fresh. When we called to complain, the woman argued with us saying that's impossible because their bread is fresh. She didn't let us speak and just kept arguing and talking over me. They can deny it all they to want but it was not fresh. We will never order from them ever again.

This Roasted Chicken is Delicious, The Fries are just as Addictive as their Sauce, Great Cole Slow and Amazing Prices. My Boyfriend and I pick this up - 2 Chef Choices and it us Cheaper than Any other Fast Food :-)

I used to enjoy ordering from this restaurant after tonight I will no longer be ordering here anymore. I called the restaurant to alert them that I received a chicken meal that was not cooked. The lady then proceeded to tell me that it’s impossible that the chicken cannot be cooked and all the chicken is cooked at the same time I understand that you cook the chicken all together in big quantities does not mean that sometimes one of the chickens was not put in at the right temperature, and it does happen what made me the most upset was the fact that she didn’t wanna listen to me when I’m telling her that there was blood in my chicken. She’s telling me that I am wrong and that there’s blood in my food. I have been a certified chef for over 12 years so I know the difference between cooked chicken and not chicken and the chicken was not cooked. Had me on hold for about 20 minutes disputing the issue and she just wanted to scream over me. I asked to speak to the manager the owner. She told me no and had me on hold for about 20 minutes, when I finally called back after she hung up on me to speak to the manager, she advised me that the kitchen is busy and the manager will call me back in an hour disgusting customer service at most. It’s not the point that the chicken wasn’t cooked properly is the fact that you did not want to apologize for the error of your business mistake. I hope to God that you never have to experience customer service like this from somebody and the way how you treated me. when I also called back, she was like I thought you were calling health Canada yes I will be calling health Canada so that nobody has to go through getting food poisoning from your mistake and you not owning up to it. Please keep your loved ones safe, and just save yourselves the bellyache.

This restaurant has a good customer service, good and fresh food, the employees are friendly and nice. If you ever have a craving go to coQ express

This place served me the best chicken i ever ate. It was so good my whole family enjoyed it. And plus the girl at the front was so sweet.

If you are chicken lover, you must try this restaurant. No. 1 service in the area. I specially love their grilled chicken wrap (Healthy & delicious).
