Laughable customer service. Go anywhere else and the service as well as pricing will be immensely better. My wife visited to get tested for a hearing aid and discussed what she was told with her family doctor. Her doctor wanted to see the results and Beltone refused to fax unless 50$ was paid. They also refused to simply allow us to pickup a paper copy of the results. Thankfully, we took a picture of them, however how can we trust the results when met with money hungry behaviour after the fact?When questioned why this was the case(I genuinely just wanted any reason that explained it), the receptionist stated that “it is information that they go school for and that’s why”. She referenced home inspections as a comparison and guess what, I received a PDF copy of my home inspection when I purchased my house. When I stated this, suddenly she “only works at the desk”. If you don’t know anything, say that. To me this shows that they do not want the results cross referenced, which for something as important as your hearing is something that you should absolutely do. The attitude by the receptionist gives this impression as well. If you cannot tell me a valid reason for a fee then that says it to me that you should not have the aforementioned fee.Overall I do not recommend Beltone based on this experience and I will recommend to my older family members who have spent thousands with Beltone as hearing loss runs in my family, to avoid them in the future as well.

Great service by the technician. He was very knowledgeable, sensitive to my husbands needs, as he has altzimers, and explained things well. Very pleasant. The young receptionist could do with a little customer service training.....

Prpfessuinal, Friendly and helpful staff. Haven't had a hearing test since grade 2. The doctor explained everything in detail to me before starting. Highly recommend to anyone needing to check in on their hearing.

Went today to Beltone because I had lost one of my hearing aids. ( left Ear.). As I waited for my appointment Mike meet me in the hallway. Had a little chat at first. Few laughs and as me what was up. Knowing what the cost of a new Hearing aid is and disappointed in losing it. I told him that I lost my left hearing aid. He took a moment went through my file and told me No Problem it’s covered. Wow !!! What a relief lifted off my shoulders.As well I had an old pair that I decided to use to replace the one Ive lost. I had to use the right one and make it fit my left ear. As I explained about that hearing aid he took it and said give me a second. He came back with the old one and replaces the wire on it so that it fit my left ear properly. Couldn’t believe he took that time out to repair my old one. I couldn’t get over how he went out of his way to make sure it fitted correctly.He said to me he would order the new one and it would take about 10 days to come in and then Asked me if that was ok.Ok!!! I told Him that what ever it takes it’s fine with me. Phone me when it comes in. It all I could expect. No hurry.For the people who work at Beltone they treats you like you’re the most important person coming in their doors. I can also say this. That is what you call customer service at its best.Anyone who would ask thats looking in getting hearing aid,I would tell them to go to Beltone. It’s located at 3 Paton St.
