Juan was pretty cool and totally sober.Update Juan can drive really fast. I've been waiting forever for this ride and miss Juan's enthusiasm.

Definitely more expensive than uber. But at least you dont have to wait 10 years for someone to login....they actually answer the phone. Thank you. To go 2 miles costs more than it costs to go 22 miles in the cities lmao.

The employees are rude and lazy. Drivers are often late and show no respect for the customers request. This is not how a business should be operated. Honk if you don't see your customer, part of your job is letting your customers know you are there. Park in plain sight. Its not hard to figure out.

You know I have no problem with Johnny driving he’s very nice and sweet and speedy but these females drivers need to chill tf out with their attitudes and behavior, it’s disgusting to be treated all rude over the phone. And when you call ahead of time I call at x amount of time usually hour or two ahead it shouldn’t take 4hrs to come get me at x amount of time yeah you got 5rides ahead of you. I call to check to see what time they are coming and she gets all rude yeah I’ll be there. Like okay I’m just asking chill,there are times where I called and she forgot me like really? Idk they certainly can a lot better, thank you to Johnny for actually giving intel and being very polite and very customer service appreciated

Our driver was great and very prompt. Well worth it.

The driver on duty yesterday was very rude and actually told me when I called to see how much longer it would informed me that a call has just came I. Going to park rapids and he couldn’t pass up a run like that to pick me up and take me less then 10 miles . This incident occurred around 4 pm on august 3rd. I have used first city numerous times in the past and never experienced a more rude unprofessional driver in the three years I have used them.

First taxi ride ever.Professional.Clean.Quick.Prompt.SAFE!Safe driving habits.Reasonable fare.Tried also first time to use ride sharing apps....they were terrible. Said ride booked than 10 minutes later...no driver.Guess who has a driver?Guess who was on time?Even early.

The only person that tells u the true time and don’t hang up on you is Johnny when there in the wrong bad for business I try and let a lot of things pass because they are the only way I have around town the fact that you would leave me here stranded with my 2 year old is crazy the only clean taxi is Johnny

Driver was so kind and helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was at airport at 4amHave used First City Taxi every time I’m in Bemedji and have never been disappointed
