My advice is to find another company. Horrible experience with aggressive service person who really upset my elderly parents.

My Bosch wall oven’s control panel was faulty and I was very worried about how expensive it would be to fix. I was pleasantly surprised by R&G’s very fair pricing, and Rene and his colleagues were so warm and professional, keeping me informed throughout the repair process. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a fix for their appliances!

Unfortunately I can't speak to quality of repair, but as for honesty, friendliness, clarity and speed of quote I give them 5 stars. I have (had) a 400$ pioneer av receiver. The gentlemen opened the receiver. showed me the exact part that would need to be replaced, said it would be roughly 100$ for the part and roughly 100$ for labor and I could probably get something similar new for the price. I value the gentles-mens honesty very much.

3rd rate company is being generousIndirect owner lies to you and promises times he cannot make and the driver hit my car in the driveway and lied about it. Paid them just so they would leave. Unbelievable.

Do not give them your business! I dropped off a microwave for a repair and the gentleman said they'd call me back the next day with an assessment. Within the next 3 weeks I called back 4 more times to ask about the assessment on the repair and each time they said they would call me back the next day. At the 3 week mark I had enough and went to pick up my microwave and there was a big dent on the side with screws missing. The man there said it would cost too much to fix but they couldn't let me know in that 3 weeks like they promised? Anyways I brought it somewhere else and they were able to fix it for $50 with much better service. Do not come to this place. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Took my xbox controller in for repair to fix the joystick and they did a great job for a reasonable cost. Would go back again!

Fixed my computer only cost me $20

If you work like you drive, I hope no one makes the mistake of giving you their business.I've dealt with your drivers a few times now and every time they're rude, inconsiderate, and aggressive to the point of dangerous. I've watched them tailgate other cars for 5+ blocks, swerve back and forth between lanes (not even passing cars, just swerving), as well as cutting off drivers when switching lanes, and never signaling for turns or lane changes.It seems you don't care about your professional reputation at all, and reading other reviews proves that you take that lack of caring to your customers as well.I'm incredibly disappointed with this company and I haven't had to walk in the door.
