Cycle City Bike Shop & Repairs

I just got in to biking. I needed a rack for the back of my bike. Rather then ordering one online I decided to support some local businesses. Bought the rack from Cycle City was told that since I bought it from them they'd install it for me.Service department told me they were going to charge me for the installation. I asked if I could use their allen key since they looked busy, they told me no. I had to bike home awkwardly holding the basket. Total installation time was like 5 min.I'd recommend choosing one of the other bike shops if you need some gear, or at least make sure to bring your own tools.

Needed a minor but important fix made to my bike after I commuted downtown. They were able to get me in and out in less than 3 hours. Great service, willing to go the extra mile to help out us downtown commuters!

I recently brought in a newly purchased ebike as I was stumped by how to attach the pedals. I was introduced to Andy who expertly did the installation as well as answer all my questions knowledgably, politely and completely. He advised me expertly on the type of lock to buy when I had enquired about them and he was just awesome all around. He later engaged the help of Josh and both men proved to be outstanding customer service and technical staff. They both made my visit a delight and I will definitely be back for further services and products. I work in a downtown hotel so I also will continue to send guests here and will be sure to mention Josh and Andy by name. This location is highly recommended, especially due to the professionalism and great work effort of these two workers. See you soon!

I called this store asking them if they could replace my e-bike tire as I had popped it. They told me they could do it no problem. So I packed up my very heavy e-bike into my vehicle and went to this store. As I roll the bike in, there is about 8 employees all standing around talking to each other. No one offered to help me until I walked up to an employee. They told me they don’t work on e-bikes like mine and they wouldn’t even look at it. I asked them if they could at least tell me if I popped the tire and the tube, or just the tire. They would not even look at the tire. Such bad customer service. So I took my business elsewhere and happy I did so!

The go to place for bicycle related needs in the city. Whenever I have a flat I would bring it to cycle city for a quick fix. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable on whatever issue I had with my bike. Excellent service on repairs.

I had my bike fully serviced by cycle city and I am ver satisfied. They are professional, friendly and well organized. Especially thanks to Demitri Who took extra effort and time to make everything just right and patiently explained how to operate properly!!! Highly recommended this repair shop.

Really helpful, friendly staff. Gave me great tips for cycling around Vancouver. Good prices and the rental bike and accessories were top notch.

Needed an inner tube for a stroller and they quickly got it changed and pumped up all the other tires in a matter of minutes. Friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!
