We had a custom ladder crafted and they did a fantastic job. Their craftsmanship is extremely impressive, they even matched the wood and stain in our house perfectly. The ladder feels solid and if you closely inspect it you will not find a single imperfection. In fact, the more you inspect it the more impressive and beautiful it is!They’re very busy so I think delays aren’t unusual, expect to wait a while before your project is completed, but it will be worth the wait! If you have questions or concerns just contact them because they’re really friendly, reasonable and fair people, and will do what they can to make sure everyone’s on the same page. Would definitely recommend.

The quality of materials and craftsmanship is simply stunning! Alex has made our dining table and chairs exactly the way we wanted. While custom made furniture is definitely more expensive, you get what you pay for.

Backed out of our office cabinetry project about four months after paying deposit. We were told that they didn't have time for our project anymore. We tried to renegotiate an updated timeline and simpler specifications, but they were unreceptive. Because we don't have cabinets, our office is still a mess. Unsure how long it will be to cue up another woodworker. (First world problems.. but still disappointed) We did receive a full refund of our deposit.Otherwise, friendly to work with. Responds to email in a timely manner.
