As a VISOA business member I've gained great value in having quality feedback and advertising opportunities. On the flip side, we at Property Flute are strata owners ourselves and have found VISOA strata content to be valuable in our personal lives. As a whole, there's lots of value in being a VISOA business member and non business member - their free content as well provides a wealth of knowledge for any council, resident or property manager.
