940 On the Park
Enjoyed the views from our apartment and the closeness of the park. But this building has its flaws. Some layouts of apartments were such that neighbours could see right into the bedrooms of others while standing on their balconies. Poor quality of paint led to marks on walls if touched. Very poor and cheap lighting in washrooms. Too many pet owners, all sharing the elevators. Inefficient electric furnaces. Some beautiful amenities, but not worth the money.

As someone from Montreal I can say this buidling is awesome! The view of the beautiful park alone makes it worth the while when I come visit but the building is nice and quiet, public areas clean and maintained.
