Serge and his team did a very thorough job. They stand behind their work and provide a 25 year guarantee, which is way more than some others that I got quotes from. They were very courteous and after the work was done, they cleaned up thoroughly and left the work site in pristine condition. I'd use them again with no hesitation (although I hope i don't need to!).

Draincom did a great job of installing a backwater valve in my basement, they came quick, on time and they took care of everything, no nonsense, completed the job in one day and left everything clean and ready to re-tile. I would definitely use them again.

I had a sump pump job done by DrainCom. I am extremely happy with both the customer service I received from Serge and Talin, as well as the professional job that was done by Serge. He was kind enough to even inspect the discharge line with a camera after the job was completed and added an extension for the line to protect it from freezing. He took the time to explain everything to me. I am very grateful for having come across this company. Needed someone to waterproof our basement and DrainCom was efficient, polite and thorough. The friendly women I spoke with over the phone several times was quick to respond and able to schedule the service much faster then other companies. The crew that came out worked extremely hard to get the job done on time and cleaned up after themselves. I have only had it in place a few weeks so I can’t comment on long term quality but we are really pleased for now.

I would not hesitate to recommend DrainCom to anyone. My interaction with everyone was amazing and professional. Talin in the office was prompt and great at getting my project started quickly, Vlad who came out to give me a quote was professional and answered all my questions even it they popped into my head at 8 or 9 o'clock at night. Anton, Eugene and Viktor were great workers and once again addressed any of my concerns. It was a big job and lots of heavy lifting. Guys cleaned everything up before they left. I am more than happy. Vlad and the Draincom team worked wonders for us! Not only did they respond super quickly to our initial inquiry, but they made room in their schedule to repair our cracked pipe the very next day.
