Keystone Resort

Management could not have been any more rude to myself and my family. The keystone resort used to be a amazing and run by great people but the new management/owner is anything but friendly and approachable.

I stayed here and the hotel was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I approached the owner and he did not seem to care whatsoever. Told me that it had “just been cleaned”. The sink had grime and the toilet smelled. I would not recommend this establishment

We came into town for a wedding this weekend and decided to give Keystone a try. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again if we are back in this area.

BEWARE, NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE!!the new establishment owner (Mike) is going broke & has no issue making that the customers problem. extremely rude nature, went out of his way to verbally assault me bc I did not ask for permission to charge my phone while getting fuel" acting like I'm not a customer at a public business within operating hours?? the man is mental. I've since mentioned this story to 3 other people at various other stops & everyones eyes lit up when I mentioned which business it was

We had a very pleasant experience at the keystone motel this weekend. Our room was very clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased and will definitely be back!

Very friendly people to greet us when we arrived. Staying with the family for a little ski adventure at Falcon. The cabins are a great price, cozy and clean.

Went to keystone resort and bought gas. The management was god awful rude and unappreciative of their customers. I will no longer be bringing any of my business to this terribly managed establishment

I had been driving all day from Ontario on way out West. I'm the type of guy that isn't crazy about pulling off the main hiway, but I did as it's only 1 lkm off the TransCanada. I was both tired and needed gas, but as I pulled in I was sad to see it was closed.Even sadder as there is a motel with some cabins. As I sat in the parking lot, A gentleman came out, proceeded to open up the store again(an hour after they were closed) and give me a room and asked if I needed anything else. While I was in there another Traveller in need of gas was taken care of as well.As a bonus the room is huge, very clean and has an excellent sattelite cable package. Very genuine good people run this place, who care about their customers. I highly recommend this place and will make a point to return.

Stayed at the motel during a spell of bad weather while camping at Whiteshell. The room was so cozy; the perfect refuge from the rain!There are also cabins, a pool and a shared open park space with bbqs and a play structure for kids.Rates at the motel were excellent! Our room was clean and included WiFi, cable and coffee. It was decorated to with a log cabin feel. Even had this cute Jacuzzi tub!
