Dean was referred by my lawyer firm. But he's much too busy to help anytime soon and so is another colleague of his. The fellow they sent couldn't do the appraisal b/c he wasn't qualified in my area - thanks for wasting our time Dean. From what was disclosed and what I gather, it's not a company I'm going to do business with.
