I met to discuss the options for my current housing issues/circumstances and he didn't listen to me and cut me off everytime I tried to explain anything (saying that he what I was trying/going to say and the answer is____) and victim blamed me. I told him he lacks basic communication skills and was victim blaming me. He said he wasn't but had a lack of response what I ask him to explain in farther depth to clear up the miscommunication. I ended up walking out with the advice that if i should buy a house (and he did state that if had to be a house and not a condo).I will be calling for his name and make a formal complain against him

These are hard working individuals who know what they're doing. They keep their appointments and show a genuine interest in your well being.. I've had to use their services twice and on both occasions they've worked tirelessly and did a great job not only defending my case but knowing more about housing and co op laws and bylaws than the corporate attorney representing the co-op I was up against. I have changed my rating dealing with my Tribunal issue at your Company. Receptionist told me to come in n all that was done was scan my documents. I wanted one or two questions answered but was turned away and was told read your forms or find help from someone else. Poor communication for 73 year old woman. I was not told after I received my Stay form that that was the end. I was just sent an email saying your file is closed. If this was your old relative or friend am sure you would act different. Good God am human. It hurt me. No wonder VictoriaP was always rushed when I would talk to her. I even found a real repayment sheet recently better than the one I gave from my Bank and even my last Doctor's letter to have handed in or ask what to do. Anyway the same way you treat ppl you get it back and don't blame the C. The attitude was baaaaad.

The Administrative Assistant has a good personality that makes you feel comfortable

Excellent assistance for human rights issues, employment related types of discrimination. Please support our community legal clinic, impacted by government cutbacks. For people who cannot afford legal assistance, rights should be respected. Access to housing, education or employment are areas that impact people who live on limited income. I had a terrible experience and was very fortunate to have legal support.

Friendly, competent and enthusiastic. NLS is an important service that helps many recipients, that otherwise wouldn't be able to afford legal services.

Neighbourhood Legal Services is outstanding and essential. These people work long and hard and the government is attempting to gut this service! Protect it. Write to your premier and make sure services like this are not terminated. Outstanding, sensetive empathic lawyers who really go out of the way to make you feel like a person and to help you get your home back. Bless bless bless rain love and heaps of everything good on this place.

I used their service 8 years ago and would never have the positive result without them. I am now back for another reason. The receptionist is a very kind and caring person who is super efficient. I met with a lawyer and found her to be so professional. I would advise anyone on low income to consider going to this law firm if they need legal help. You will know you are in good hands.

That place is really for low income people! only to make them feel lower and miserable they are, very bad reception, so unprofessional with setting up times or dates with clients, they just get you there to get all your info filled on a paper, and ask you to come back In a month!No referrals no letters nothing to support you or your case...I wouldn't recommend it at all unless your feeling a little good about yourself and wanna get some humiliation and sit wait for hours as a shadow.... that's the perfect place
