I have been dealing with Canada Rubber Group for the past 4 years regarding component cut outs in both closed cell rubber and UHMW plastic. My components are technically complex, some are dual sided with specs which are fussy and beyond industry standards. The team effort at Canada Rubber to consistently deliver outstanding products and services has never ceased to amaze me. When I have a new challenge, they have a solution. I have dealt with a variety of staff members at Canada Rubber Group from reception, accounting, engineering, sales, shipping, to technicians operating equipment on the shop floor. Without exception, employees are helpful and professional in their conduct. In any organization, leadership starts at the top. It is abundantly clear that Canada Rubber Group is a company with strong leadership as the place runs like a well oiled machine with happy employees.

My husband was employed here for 8 years and was the worse experience of our lives. Our daughter, who suffers from mental health issues needed her father to be home with her as I work in health care and was taking care of residents with COVID19. During his LOA the HR girl called him several times to come back and then stated, I don't think staying home to babysit your teenage daughter qualifies for employment insurance". This made our whole family feel unsupported
