I told her I wanted my dog's nails trimmed, she saw her and told me, do you have an appointment? I answered I called on the phone a few minutes ago and she told me let me ask and I heard that the lady in charge of cutting nails asked her if it was a big dog and the girl at the entrance said no, when the lady in charge of cutting the nails came out she saw my dog ​​and said this dog is not small!!! She didn't want to work! she didn't want to cut my dog's nails from the beginning!! My dog is a basset hound is a medium dog, what is the problem? When you call there the recording says that you do not need an appointment for that, I had already taken my dog ​​there, but this time she didn't want to do it because according to her she had a shoulder problem, I asked her if she was the only one in charge of that and she said that she had another partner but that she also had a medical problem, I wonder So why are they there? Petsmart pays them for not doing their job! Terrible customer service, I won't go there again!

Made an appointment about a week in advance for the groomers, showed up on time and they turned me away and told me it was a scheduling issue. The lady who told me this was talking to a coworker saying quite loudly she didn't show up" so im not sure what to think but you would think a week would be enough to figure things out. Complete waste of time"

Great place. Lots of selection, good prices, knowledge staff.

Their service was not good in grooming department. I booked for Saturday they rescheduled on monday we drive over in north from west and just because we forgot our vaccine record they said they cant do the service. Will not dó appointment on that location again.

North town petsmart has been our favorite go to place for our dogs..and our new puppy. I must say I have been in others and never get the same service.if any( sad to say)All the staff are doing their jobs but stop and see how u are doing and if u need help. So thanks to u all we will be back !!! Keep it up

What is the sense of using your curbside pickup service if shoppers are taking both of your spots to pick up their dogs from the grooming centers? Even in confronting these people as they parked in the last spot (the other spot was also taken by people shopping in the store) and explaining that I was trying to pick up my order, they told me to eff off. This is a deterrent for me. If you offer curbside pickup then do something to keep the spots open and make curbside pickup happen.

Don't carry kangaroo dog food any help finding chicken free brands. Not a great selection, price and staff friendly, but. Not eager to help

The shoddy job they did on my Maltese right before the holidays was horrible. The cut was not blended. One leg was shaved way more shorter than the other one. His face was not even. And his paw pads were not shaved. Things that i specifically asked them to do. I will not take my pup to this location again.

Went to petsmart to see the adoption for cat. When I looked at it's ears the cats ears were bleeding and infested with mites. How can they sell a cat like this. Will be calling the humane society

Most times, they are stocked pretty well. Although I did notice prices have gone way up. I get my water filters for the cat water dish, and it used to be $10.99 for a pack of 3. Now that same pack is $16.99.
