If you're into aquatics sports and adventure, this place is for you.They offer adventure rides on SUP (stand up paddleboard) where you can paddle for 12km downstream and observe the sunset. There's another one where you go under the moonlight. Both are stunning adventures. For under 90$, everything is including and they drive you and drop you off upstream. Mathieu was an amazing instructor for our descent!Yoga classes, sup fitness, kayak classes, SUP surf, etc. I have not tried those yet.Staff is friendly, rental prices for equipment is fair and they have week and weekend schedules packed with choices at different hours.

We went for a river surf class there last weekend and loved it! They rent everything you might need if you don't have it and the class was fun- we spent almost the entire time in the water and got to surf a lot! Instructor was knowledgable and fun, definitely recommend to get a good feel for the sport before you just jump into it !

Very friendly staff and the equipment for SUP is only $25 an hour and $35 for two. We went on a Wednesday and there wasn’t a lot of people so it was a good day to learn since it was my first time.

Super friendly staff. Well-organized and great instructors. Charles-Édouard was great and taught us so much! Had a wonderful initiation and fun outing. Thank you KSF!

We took the beginner river surfing class and it was really a great experience! We‘ll definitely go back to practice, especially since we can rent all the equipment there. The instructor was also super kind and fun, we had an awesome time!
