Shoppers Drug Mart

I was in a few days ago to pick up milk, it was expired by three days and still sitting on the shelf in the fridges. Pharmacy: will over expense/overcharge your insurance for items you are not even requesting to pick up because the system told them to dispense" was the excuse I was given when I went to pick up a prescription. So now my insurance was charged and I am stuck with items on hand that I do not yet need. Disorganized and unprofessional. Seems like no one audits or checks the system - almost ran me out of prescription as they assured me the txt reminder was activated on my profile

Slow. Don’t bother trying to call the pharmacy usually a minimum of five minute wait listening to hold music. This place seems to be woefully understaffed do yourself a favour and switch to Walmart pharmacy they are busy but they actually get all their work done. Waited in line for 25 minutes today to try to pick up an RX, line didn’t move. It’s insane how little this place cares about customer service. My doctor sent it here in error, I’m reminded of why I switched pharmacies

I rate most shoppers drug Mart the same lately. They never have cashier's on. Any store that doesn't have someone waiting for me to ring in my order I give a negative review right away. When I first started working, we always had at least one cashier on to greet customers

Sherry in the beauty department has really bad customer service skills. I was just browsing the ailes and she spoke to me twice in a rude condescending manner. I have shopped at this location many times and I will not be returning. Judging by how many bad reviews there are regarding this specific individual, you’d think something would be done by now.

Sherry, the beauty manager, was so rude. Rather than providing advice, she told me what to buy. When I didn’t purchase her choices she was condescending and unkind. Really unpleasant. She also said I was required to purchase beauty products from the cosmetics cash, which is false (she gets commission if purchased from there, and doesn’t if it’s purchased at the regular cash).

Absolutely the WORST shoppers i have ever encountered or be a customer of. So many excuses, so many times my daughter prescriptions was not filled and mine too, I have been at the pharmacy for over an hour wait to be told we only could get so many which is unacceptable when they said that its all there. 100 dollars in Gas, my time and endless stress and bs and being a loyal customer for over 20 years... today was my last day being a loyal pharmacy customer. I lost my gasket today! Im furious and angry, tired and frustrated... I can not have this happening. Ever since today's performance and a customer beside me lost his prescriptions and their never delivering to me when requested, and poor communication to me as well... I have shifted and moving to another pharmacy because this type of workmanship in my eyes is not acceptable. I have called head office and cs about this and launched an official complaint because this is BS! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We pay you to do your job and pay ridiculous amounts for medications to pay your wages. We expect you to do your job right. And always an eff up.

Poor service in pharmacy. For 4 yrs I have called to refill the same prescriptions that are due every 14 days & every time it’s time to refill the prescription there is always a problem. I call at 8 am & I have to call a couple times on that day to make sure there’s no problem & to make sure it gets delivered. The pharmaceutical team do not seem to care. I have complained many times about this issue & nothing seems to be done about it. You don’t not treat your customers in this manner it’s unprofessional

Manager Heather" has a horrible attitude. She was unnecessarily rude when asked to help find an isle

I will never be returning to this Shoppers Drug Mart again. The woman working in the beauty department (I believe she was the cosmetic manager, her name was Sherry) was unnecessarily rude when I asked if she could check to see if another location had the product I was looking for. Instead of doing a courtesy check or offering to help me order it online she rudely snapped at me telling me she wouldn't check because she's the biggest store. When I told her I no longer wanted to speak with her because that was rude instead of apologizing she just said Well it wasn't supposed to be". I left the store and went to the Prescott location where I received wonderful customer service and they were able to help me order the product online."
