Just thought I’d leave a review on here on behalf of my wife and I for our pleasurable car buying experience.We had stopped by briefly the day before to look around and Tristin helped us out then and greeted us the next day as well and was very helpful.Afterwards we headed inside where Warren and Cord were beyond great with getting us information and helping us with the whole car buying process.Sometimes I think it could be a bit overwhelming but they made us feel at ease from start to finish and I would most definitely recommend people to come here for a vehicle.

I purchased a vehicle from Go Auto, Alex was my sales associate. Alex was helpful, and professional throughout my experience and I left very happy with my new to me car.Within a month there was a small issue that arose, that was outside of my warranty. I called Go Auto and both the Service Department (specifically Chris? I believe) and Alex worked together to ensure I was happy and satisfied with getting my issue fixed for a fair price. These things happen, and I was very impressed with the customer service I recieved at Go Auto. I will continue utilizing them for my service and future vehicle purchase needs. Also very impressed with the go auto app! Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Alex, Cord and the crew are amazing. Made buying my new drive a breeze, super easy no sales pressure, and gave me all the info about the vehicle without having to ask. Nothing hidden. Would highly recommend:)

Awesome experience here at GoAuto! We were welcomed by Cameron, who then led us to Mike who we talked to regarding what we were looking for. He was very helpful and engaging. The test drive really allowed us to see what we wanted. After a few more visits of trying cars out, and getting our existing cars valued for trade in, we finally decided to get the one we tested the very first visit. Mike and Justin was very understanding and fun to talk to. The finance and insurance process was very smooth as well. They were patient with our questions and felt us very welcomed. Will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

I've known Justin a long time, and when I wrote my previous vehicle off, checking in with him was my first stop. From the first message, things moved smoothly. I just received my vehicle yesterday, after he had it shipped to me in Saskatchewan. Justin and Cord were a delight to work with from start to finish.

Wonderful service, clean store with complementary refreshments and comfortable seating to wait in, if you have to wait at all. I bought my very first car just today and it's amazing, great approval rating and super quick. I have low income and payments are flexible and affordable. Can't complain about a thing.

I was asked to leave the above review while I was still in there office signing papers. Within my first drive I noticed my tires were extremely unsafe and dangerous. I spoke to them about it. They agreed to give me different tires, after I proved how balled they were. They asked me to to go back for different tires. I live in a different city two hours away. So I drove all the way back. They changed my tires at their cost. Now fast forward to a week and a half later, I have payments still coming out of my account from the vehicle I traded in. Not sure what kind of scam they are running. But avoid this place at all costs. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone yet to fix this situation, but there shouldn't be this situation.In response to the owner saying the issue has been resolved it has not been. I have also been called multiple times to adjust my review.
