The Best Clinic I've been to by far. Very clean and always get what I need. I see a doctor every week and I am impressed with his communication skills. He continues my regular prescriptions I need and thats why I come back.

The doctor he in comparison is more like.a drug dealer and not even a good one. All he cares about is the few bucks he get for each patient and this really shines through when you try to get off the program. He is a horrible person as well as a horrible doctor. He is rude and very disrespectful to all people that are on the program there. Plz learn from my experience and don't waste your time going there.Note...This comment only reflects my experience with this doctor, all other experiences with the program and the doctors that treat this issue have been very good and I recommend methadone to anyone trying to get clean.

Any good/ positive reviews about this clinic are simply unrelatable to me. Every patient I had spoken to personally shares similar bad experiences about renew and the dr.This doctor always seemed most concerned about upping dosage and then it only became more and more difficult and impossible to leave being that it was hard to find another doctor they are very booked up and I wasnt driving, and I tried. and due to the high addictiveness of methadone.If your only concern is to avoid the sickness until you can get more street drugs he might be ok for you if you wish to stay.During a later visit at renew before leaving he sent an unchanged prescription through for me with a you can do what you want with it"."

Horrible clinic. I had to edit and add after seeing them comment that they do not recognize our names as clients...DUH! And why would people take the time to look up the clinic and give a false review, for what purpose? Horrible staff, horrible service and they have cameras in the washrooms so be careful with your private moments they aren't private!I couldn't come in for my appointment and they refused to let me come in the next day to see the other doctor which wanted to leave me without medicine for 2 days!!! Isn't there an oath that says do no harm"? What kind of doctors do this to a good customer? Going to a much better clinic now with friendly faces who bend over backwards to give good service and show me respect. Leave this place there are much better clinics nearby!!!!!!"
