Nice community, not really open to the public. There's a series of spring fed ponds throughout and on in the middle that is great to swim in.

We bought our home in mini lakes on the lake in January 2022.. We have 2 young children. Mini lakes is the perfect place to raise children. Lots of fishing, swimming at the pool, bocce ball, horse shoes, golf cart rides around the lovely property. It’s only a short drive to South Guelph for all of your shopping needs. Highly recommend Mini Lakes for families!!! We are happy we moved here!

I shouldn't even give one star. I was out with my kids and we only ordered appetizers so they can eat and get out faster and enjoy a walk down the beach before the sun goes down. We ordered chicken fingers and poutine, it took nearly 40 mins for the food to arrive and we spent about 1.5 hours in the restaurant. I paid 45 and 10$ tips for something that we waited for 40 mins. There were only 4 other tables open in the whole restaurant. That's unacceptable for me, I have cooked in restaurants for almost 10 years and would never take that long to send out just appetizers.

Mini Lakes is a great place to raise a family, lots of young couples moving in here with their kids! Safe, clean, quiet! There's a pool, a community centre and lots of nature! Great neighbours and the home prices couldn't be beat! Hope more young families consider Mini Lakes for their next home purchase! It's no longer exclusively a 55+ community so come on in! See you soon!

Good community with a beautiful lake to enjoy in the summer. Great option for retirement. Just needs better snow plot service and a small store to make it even more convenient.

Beautiful space. Lots of fishing and socializing activities. It has a pool, lake, library, social pavilion, forest trails, etc. All the neighbours are extremely friendly! It’s dog friendly too.
