Park Agency

Used to be good, but now they simply are unresponsive. Their website is not functioning properly too. I have tried everything and they will not respond. Unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else. Don't waste your time here. Not even sure if this place is open anymore (or will be for much longer) based on the recent reviews.Edit: unresponsive means not answering your phone calls or any emails that I have already made and sent. You can reply to those. Good luck.Edit: pretty strange way to say “sorry for being unreliable”. Incredibly rude. Did the emoji make you feel better? Guess I can’t be too surprised that the people who chose a career at a printing place struggle with social skills and humility lol….

They really tried to tell us that the first postcard is “silk coated” and the bottom one is glossy. These are exactly the same.edit to reply to Park Agency:If this is true, then none of this was communicated to my friend who went to get this. And she was not made aware of any additional options. She was just told that one is silk coated, and the other is glossy. Please provide explanations and options to your customers in-store, it’s very dismissive otherwise.

I have never written a negative Google review - and I'm not out here to disrupt or create conflict, but I couldn't be more upset with the service I received at Park Agency.I sent them a small, but deeply important print job, photos for a family funeral. I send it to them, because I hoped the smaller shop would handle the job with care and attention.As a designer, I gave them perfectly prepared files 4 days in advance. Knowing this wasn't a long lead time - and in busy season - I emailed, and called twice to emphasize the importance of this project and confirm if they were comfortable with the timeline. They kindly assured me that it was no problem at all, and that the job would in fact be done the next day. When we arrived the next day, the job hadn't even started. We again, stressed the importance of the job - and again, they said 'no problem at all, we're on it'. When we arrived the next day, in preparation of the funeral, the job was not complete.There was no apology, no proposed solution, just a short and uncompromising it's not done.". And they even went on to confirm the details of the job which had now been shared by email

Park agency is usually prompt and good with standard printing jobs, but more recently I had a few documents I submitted online for printing and after I picked it up I realized they hadn’t printed out 2 out of the 7 documents. Mistakes happen, and it’s all good - just a FYI to customers to make sure to double check when you pick up your documents

Needed some full colour laminated prints doing on a tight turnaround. Their website made it easy to upload the file, select all the relevant options, and I had it all delivered by EOD - quality looks great, no hassle. I'll definitely use again for future print jobs!

Really really happy with the quality of the prints! Staff was super helpful throughout the whole process and my orders were completed within the expected time range :) thankful to have chosen this place and will be ordering here again!

man, i don't usually write reviews ever but this was genuinely a poor customer service experience and a waste of my time. multiple times after i'd go into the shop to ask for a quote, or make an order, days or weeks would pass and i'd realize they'd either forgotten (?) about me or just decided not to fulfill my order. i've had to call the shop upwards of ten times throughout the process of printing one project because they would never follow up with me on anything. at one point they stopped answering calls, so i had to resort to going in to remind them to email me a quote for an order. i've been working with them for months trying to get a single project done and the communication has just been awful. i finally just gave up on doing the project with them.

I score them a zero despite being their customer in the past. Phones are never answered and response time is poor, worst customer service as the guy on phone not helpful at all. After several days of no response and no phone pick up, they finally told me my tickets will take 9 days to print and referred me to a commercial printer instead. The guy sarcastically asked me when do you need my tickets over and over again despite telling him a soon as possible. He said minimum is 5 days but that they are busy and it willTake at least 9 days!! This after they held my order for several days and gave me a quote. I will never order at this place again!!!

I can tell you they have screwed me over on numerous occasions. Promising prints and not having them. Messing up entire orders. Just worst customer service and zero organization. I would give negative stars if possible. They've ruined birthday cards for me twice now. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP
