Went yesterday to this store. Eaton center location. The lady was serving us was incredible, polite, patient and very friendly. On our question that we want new in the box sunglasses she answered they don’t have in stock. We want to get 3 pairs but they only have what’s on the display. I honestly don’t like display product. Personal thing. So her manager started to talk to us ( we did not ask for a manager , he just decided to give his two cents)Well not exactly talking more like hissing very rude. Tell us in very loud voice that no need to be upset. No one was. He was so rude and loud we just walked out of the store. The lady who was serving us started apologizing for his behaviour along with other her colleagues. I’m guessing this not a first time he does that. I told her she doesn’t need to apologize to us. And that it’s me who is sorry because she has to work with this management. How disappointing. I would give her a 5 out of 5 stars. But him - 10. What is happening how owners allowed this behaviour from this ape in the suit. He did not behave like an adult or a human.I’m sure if he has a banana he would throw at us.

I came to the store with my senior grandma today and Mr. Bahram was so professional and kind. He patiently helped my grandma and explained to her all the details regarding her product. I have never witnessed such professionalism and kindness from a Lens Crafters associate. He was exceptional.

I highly recommend Bahram at the Eaton Centre location! He assisted me in choosing my first pair of glasses and provided excellent customer service. I also had an eye checkup with Dr. Ho, who was very warm and kind! The entire team at this location was accommodating and friendly to clients and made me feel welcome. I’ll definitely be back in the future and will recommend this place to my friends and family.

I went to get an eye test done and also to look at some new frames options. I was helped by Christina. She was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and helped me pick out some very nice options. Unfortunately, I did not end up getting any glasses from them due to some unrelated reasons. However, I sincerely appreciate the patience and assistance that all of the staff provided me while I was at their store. The people working at the optometry department showed similar character and were also very efficient and quick!

Lisa and her team did not let technical issues drag them down. They fit both myself and my husband with not one but three pairs of glasses all while dealing with lots of traffic and resolved a customer complaint, we could see they were all very busy, and not able to work in their usual fashion and delivered the very best service despite what had to be a stressful situation. The student optician was first to greet us, followed by Lisa, and not one, but 2 additional team members. Amazing inclusive service. Thank you all, we’re excited to get our new specs! 5*

Had an amazing, amazing experience with Kathy today at the store. I had 2 pairs of sunglasses that needed to be adjusted and I am so happy I came here. She was very patient and detail oriented. I am very satisfied leaving here and appreciative of the service at this store. Will recommend to my friends

Great and consistent customer service in the Lenscrafters store located in Eaton Center. Even though this store is downtown and translates into a commute/longer drive, I truly prefer to visit it every time due to a great customer service and selection of frames. Thank you.

I went into LensCrafters at Eaton Center cause my sunglasses popped one of the lenses out.Bahram is one the licensed optician that helped me put back the lenses. I cannot address how happy I was since I spent hours trying to put back the lens in according to the youtube instruction that I have watched.He is the best. I did not purchase anything but still got the service!

Came in expecting to just browse around. Bahram from the Eaton Centre location, and he was fantastic. He got me an amazing deal and I got two pairs of glasses. Super helpful and thorough. Deserves a raise and/or be part of training for other staff members.
