They have no respect for anyone, no value too, but what can we do, they are still up in operation, I think more people should get together and start up there own rental companies that's the only way the two companies there in winkler will close no competition.

I believe it is true they give immigrants 1st preference which is totally discriminatory!! I missed out on a rental waiting for my application approval but just found out yesterday that you don't need a job or a rental reference if you are an immigrant!!?? Excuse me??? I want immigrants helped as much as anyone but when Canadians with a job & rental ref. are being kicked to the curb then that isn't right. I will be contacting the Tenancy Branch Mb. because as a rental agency they're are rules & regulations they have to follow. Then I too will contact Human Rights. With all these complaints it is past time they were held accountable for their lack of dishonesty & unprofessionalism!! What is mind blowing to me is how owner's of apts. keep hiring them!!!

Very unprofessional work they are doing . I am very disappointed because of the rude attitude I guess if your not a white they wont let you rent. Very racist!

I rented with them for two years, during my time, I had no issue with them what so ever. Whenever I needed service for repairs, they were very prompt to reply and got someone to take a look at it right away. They took care of all the request very professionally and try to solve any issue very fast as well. When moving out, the things went pretty smooth as well. As long as you follow their rules and regulations, they will refund the deposit as soon as you move out. I personally feel, if you are a good tenant and follow all the house rules and regulation, you will have no issues when you move out.

Terrible service!! I went to look at a house trailer for rent and I told the lady who showed it to me that I would take it. I gave my notice to my landlord. They called and demanded a bunch of money up front to hold the trailer. It had been up for rent for months already. They were not willing to work with me at all. I quickly called my current landlord to see if I could stay. Thank goodness I could because he already had a few interested parties. I am kind of glad that you guys were difficult to work with, I bought a house instead. I will never recommend using this company.

Very unprofessional in almost every area. Had a inspection today with them physically moving items in my home and actually going through my things. -.- very disappointing

Awful company to rent from. The owner is incredibly unprofessional and rude.Had an obvious problem with an appliance and the person who came to fix it didn't find anything wrong so when we requested to have it fixed again as the problem was still happening... they threaten us if they didn't find anything wrong we would have to pay for it ourselves (pretty sure that's not allowed!)Trying to get security deposit from them after we moved out was painful. Had to file a complaint with the Residential Tenancies Branch!DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Always quick to answer maintenance requests and the staff at the office have been very pleasant and helpful.

Terrible company to deal with from my own personal experience and with seeing the pages and pages of complaints. I’ve been trying to rent a property from them for two years. They told me I was on a waiting list. A year later they had no record. One of the reps actually told me that they wait for and give priority to refugees which is complete discrimination and I am in the process of filing a complaint with the human rights commission. They declined my application for absolutely no reason and couldn’t even provide a reason as to why. I also work with adults with disabilities and anytime I have called for maintenance in their suites it takes forever to get anything done.I have read a huge number of complaints in the last three years. This is suppose to be a government agency??? Something needs to be done at this point. Completely unacceptable way of running a business!

We drove more than 300km to see a property weeks ago. The house was Ok and we decided to send an application. The lady who works at the office told us that usually they take 2 days to review the applications. 2 days later, nothing. We called there they said the application was being processed and that they would call us back within 2 days. Nobody never called us back. We called again and was told again to wait for a call because they were processing our application. I explained that I have a baby and I need some urgency.Today, one week later, I called back and they told me that someone else rented the house last week and if I want I should apply for another property.Why they didn't tell me someone else was already applying for this property? In that case I wouldn't spend gas/time. They didn't even bother to call me to let me know someone rented the house. Horrible services. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
