This company is the worst. The worst news, the worst customer service, just absolutely appalling that they are still in business. We have missed our paper approximately 40 times already this year and when you call to request it, or to determine why you are going days without a newspaper (that you pay for) you have to wait on hold for nearly 30 minutes. When someone does answer, they say they’ll resend your paper out but that’s just to get you off the phone. You’ll never actually receive your paper. When you request to speak with a manager it takes WEEKS for them to call you back (still waiting, lol) We called and cancelled out paper service, and they said ‘oh, are you sure, I see there’s a note on your file to have the district manager reach out’? Yes, I’m 100% sure. You have no problem taking my money, but have so many issues delivering what I’ve already paid for. It’s no wonder printed papers are dying. Don’t waste your time or money, anything important can be found online nowadays, anyways!

Purchased a subscription that was scheduled to start Jan 31. After 9 days have yet to receive a paper. Numerous calls and emails to customer service" yielded nothing but promises of return calls from management that have yet to happen and being hung up on. With service like this

I am need of a Doctor my Doctor retired his name is Graeme Bethune and I am very sick so if anyone can help I would feel so much better but I have been looking for 3months and no luck please can someone help feeling very scared I am 57 and will be 60 in January at my age I should not have to go through this but I no a lot of people are looking for Doctors we are all in big trouble cause this isn't going to get any better please help God Bless and the worst thing is I need my Heart med ect. And no doctor to help I am so scared

Writers, editors, photographers on a picket line for over 500 days - no way to run a paper! So many errors, little local news. Give it a pass, and for sure don't advertise in it.

After sporadic delivery, they stopped our delivery in mid-June because they couldn't find staff. I have sympathy for that, what I can't excuse is that they have continued to charge us the full amount for the last two months (not just the online fee) and they refuse to answer their phones or their online inquiries. I have been on hold almost an hour at least 3 times, sometimes just getting disconnected in the end, and have submitted multiple inquiries about my account. This is among the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm considering having my bank block them so that they'll stop taking my money!
