DHL is terrible!!! The said they came to delivery the package, when they did not!! they didn't even leave a notice. Trying to get in touch with customer service is next to impossible and you are directed to a automated machine. I will never purchase anything if it is shipped by DHL, they consistently have the worst service

I provided explicit directions as to where I wanted my parcel delivered. The driver ignored it. Where it was left would have been visible for a porch robber.

Helpful people, communication gap, none the less very friendly other than the elderly lady and the elderly gentleman who I believe are the owners. Deal with someone else and you will leave happy.

NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY!!! The hours posted are MISLEADING! Also difficult to find as they mention they are at the Plaza but it's actually inside NoFrills. Make it very difficult to find the shipping point. Horrible experience with DHL.

if you call their number, they will say its open on sunday.if you go to the location, its closed on sunday.
