As with many emergency services, I was I need of a site repair urgently and was very impressed by how quickly they were able to help. Not only did they resolve the issue expediently, they explained the options available to me and assisted me to choose the best one for my circumstances. The also provided helpful consultation for consideration in proactive planning, to avoid future issues. I appreciated the level of service I received! Wholeheartedly recommend them.

Jeff was amazing for getting to my store after hours and on a weekend.He was fast friendly super helpful. He explained everything and even came back to double check the install and that we understood the directionsI even remember buying my safe from you guys (years and years ago) and I still use it till this daythe bill was a a lot less than i expected as well highly recommend

My old Honda's keys were worn and weren't working properly in the ignition. Gary and Russell took great care of me and even took extra time to show me how ignitions are assembled so that I fully understood the work that was being done on my car. They communicated every step of the way, coordinated with the dealer, and ended up rebuilding my ignition and cutting a new key based on the factory code -- this saved me a ton of money versus going to the dealer!On top of the great service I received, the guys even went above and beyond, working late on December 23rd so they could get me my car back on Christmas Eve in time for the holidays. Amazing!

Very quick and professional. We needed house keys cut and went to Canadian Tire and had so many issues. None of they keys worked. Gave up after going back multiple times and then found the lock doctor. The keys were cut quickly and work perfectly. Won't go anywhere else again. Highly recommend.

Great service. We managed to break a key inside of a lock on a time-sensitive project. Call few companies around, but only lock doctor was able to come out right away. They gave me the timeline over the phone and within an hour John was on site and quickly helped us with the problem. Thank you for such a speedy service.
