Westland Insurance

I've been dealing with Carey for 3 years and she never had my best interests in mind, I've recently discovered. It became very hard to communicate with her as it would take her a week or longer to respond to my inquiries. She even admitted in email that she never finished reading my emails when I was looking for another insurance company once she informed me my premiums we going up by $650 for no reason.She told me she quoted with other companies and the prices was all coming in the same with a huge increase. So, I decided to fact check her and I discovered she wasn't being honest with me as I found cheaper insurance with all the same coverages as one of the few she told me she quoted for me.I have since parted ways with her and this company and I decided to review them because I don't wish to see them rip off anyone else like they have done to me.

Don’t deal with this broker they were less than helpful when my brother passed away and totally ignored the cancellation request date so that there would be no refund. Totally disgraceful practice, I will never deal with them for any of my insurance needs after being treated so badly.

They found me an excellent price for my insurance.

Friendly knowledgeable staff

Incompetent, ignorant, expensive, and misinformative about coverage. Incapable of simple tasks like an annual switch from summer vehicle to winter vehicle. Leaving me no choice but to drive my summer vehicle in the snow, resulting in an accident. Post accident returned calls = 0 for 4.
