Fixed the problem i had and showed up when they said they would arrive. Prices are reasonable except the fact I was charged an hour of labour for parts pickup. Kind of thought that would be included in their services. Still, a positive experience. Would recommend.

Called trying to determine an emergency or not, requiring information regarding methane (sewer gas) leak.Was asked is this an emergency or just a call for information?"When I responded "information" he told me "have a good evening" and hung up the phone."
