I have had such a wonderful experience with Spirit Bear! I decided to place a pretty big order as part of my holiday shopping, wanting to support a fair trade and Indigenous-run organization. They reached out to ask exactly how I wanted my coffee ground, and when my order arrived with a slight error, the Spirit Bear team responded quickly, were apologetic and shipped out the missing item from my order right away. Upon receiving this new package, I was delighted to find not only the item I'd been expecting but also a handwritten note and complimentary coffee mug! Not only is their coffee excellent, but it's obvious Spirit Bear really cares about their customers and I will make a point buying from them again in the future and recommending them to others. Our family uses Spirit Bear coffee at our speciality coffee trailer on Mayne Island (Espresso Equation) and not only do we personally love their coffee beans, but we get nothing but positive feedback and love from the community! High quality beans, excellent customer service, and a free espresso every time we go for pick-ups. Great people and a great company!

I was looking to support a local business that sold fairtrade coffee, so I decided to give Spirit Bear a try. I've been ordering from them for over a year now and I'm glad I made the switch. I love dark roast, so I tried Orca and Raven, but my preference is Raven. There is nothing I enjoy more than opening a bag and smelling the beans and then brewing a cup using my Aeropress. Love the full-bodied, rich flavour.

I drink a lot of coffee and use to be a Tim Horton's junkie. But since I've be introduced to the fine flavour of Spirit Bear Coffee I have trouble enjoying any other kind.This coffee is rich in flavor and an absolute delight to drink.Stefanie Tutak, ON
