Went on a weekend around 1pm and seen in under 5 mins. Staff was knowledgeable and had me in and out of there really quick:)

Very pleased with the service.It’s a super busy location, as many Service Ontario buildings are, and the staff remain quite welcoming and polite. I’ve been here a handful of times, even on a Saturday where people start lining up before they open. Regardless, the staff are doing their best to help and will work to accommodate you as they can.Out of all the Service Ontario buildings I’ve been to - in multiple towns - this is definitely my preferred location.

The best! Very good service for health card renewal!! The officer was very fast and kind!! We came out in no time!! She is also training a new person in the next counter seemlessly! Love the Waterloo location!! ❤️
