My grandma is a 68 year old woman and the way you've continued to treat her over the phone is absolutely disgusting, especially considering that what's going on is the fault of Shawn's Property. You guys were asked 5 times to change the sub pumps. After 3 feet of water in the basement, you guys finally did it. After the flood the water heater and the furnace were both done for. She spent 3.5 days without hot water and is yet to get the furnace replaced so the central air can work again, leaving a 68 year old woman with a history of heart disease and a heart attack in the middle of a heatwave without a way to cool down. The women on the phone need to be trained to better speak to the public. The way they speak to people is absolutely unnecessary and demeaning. Her washer and dryer are also not working as a result of the flood but she's scared to bring it up because of the rude way she was spoken to. Do better.

Units look beautiful phoned and was greeted with an extremely rude lady over the phone. Was not accommodating in any way to help us out as we work until 5:30 and didn’t even book us for next week to view one of the units. Not a very good first impression will not be renting from them I will also be warning anyone I know against them.

Ladies greeting the phones need to be more polite and accommodating. Immediately she said I could come at a time the day I phoned without asking about my availability or when a time would work and I said sorry that won’t work as I work past that time. I asked for a different day to come see the place and was instantly turned down as they were booked. I provided her information with my work schedule and was just told they are all booked up for the remainder of the week and hung up.

Absolutely terrible agency. When it was cold during the winter we had +7 in our house. After a number of times asking to fix this issue they never solved it. Also, the agency never followed-up on the washer issue that we had. I made a request to fix it as it was broken but they never came to do that.Plus, be careful when you sign an agreement with them. The agency does not tell you about all the details in the agreement.DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!To your respond on October 14:I agree with you that the refund will not be provided as per the conditions of the agreement. What I would like your company to try doing going forward is explaining to the customers certain conditions of it. It was never ever ever mentioned that there is a clause that prolongs the contract after the lease is expired. Your representative just simply gave it and said sign here, here and here. Plus, he said that the company is extremely flexible with moving out dates... which I saw was not even close to be the case.Thank you for mentioning repairs... Let me start how these repairs took place. First some guys came to fix windows. They just simply took parts from one window and moved it to another one. As a result none of them worked.Heating: yes, some plumbers came a couple of times. But the questions is did they fix anything??? The answer is no... To deal with +7 temperature during the winter I needed to buy oil heaters for every room. As relying on your plumbers was simply impossible after their repairs"Thank you mentioning washing machine. It is either you are trying to misinform other customers right now or your stuff is unprofessional. As I did make a request for its repairs. NO ONE EVER CAME!These are all the reasons why we decided to move out in the first place

Having the worst possible day dealing with a blown out tire and a bent car jack and out of nowhere the maintenance dude from Shawn's Property comes and saves the day with another car jack and helped me get the blown tire off the van and even offered to give me a ride to get the tire fix but thankfully I had another vehicle to drive. Many blessings and much appreciation to the wonderful strange willing to help someone out when they did not need too.

Poor management skills, They refused to rebook my house viewing after they no showed me the first house viewing I was 15 minutes early to make sure they came and left 15 minutes after the viewing time to find out they never even penciled me for that viewing when I called the day before, than rudely the woman worker refused to even pick up the call after I was standing outside the house for the viewing the second time, than the rude woman I was talking told me they didn't need or want my application, to think they treat their future tenants like that before we even decided to rent it's winter too they should would keep their booking times on point Saskatchewan weather is at -30s to -40s I even showed up at there office the day before just to make sure I was penciled in for the second viewing so I don't think that you should be wasting other people's time and that lady denied me that call call back while I was at the viewing no one was there when I was there at 432pm with a no show so yeah bad service

Rented from Shawns for almost 3 years. Anytime we had issues and called, they came and fixed them same day if needed. Moving out was easy peasy lemon squeezy! Thanks again for everything guys, you were all awesome!- Tenants from king st

Have been renting for 6 months now. These guys have been accommodating from the start. Had some issues with the suite and it was handled quickly and professionally. The two younger gentleman working on my suite were polite quick and cleaned their mess. Thanks again guys..Much appreciated.
