Went with my hockey team to watch sens vs leafs great arena and great pricing for seats loved it

I got my covid vaccine here. It went really smoothly with many helpers directing you through the process. There was a large number of nurse stations and privacy booths for those that requested them. No wait time and very smooth.

The game was great. The seating was not. Seating did not even try to respect social distancing. Entire sections were nearly empty, while others, on the same level, were nearly as full as a regular season game. It appeared as though no effort was taken to ensure even modest spacing between attendees, when it obviously could easily have been done. As season seat holders we were deeply disappointed.

Customer service leaves room for interpretation.Food is borderline poison... and the prices are out of this world.Not great.

Horrible GM and coach. They are not helping this team anymore. Time to fire them and bring in someone who can right the ship.

The last games I've attended have been a blast. I only go once a year and don't really watch hockey any more but I do enjoy a game every now and then.

Being used for COVID-19 vaccines at the moment. The staff there is doing a fantastic job.

There was a huge vaccination centre there the day I went. The centre was an excellent place for this, as it had abundant parking, easy access from the 417, and lots of space inside to accomodate hundreds of people inside. The staff knew how to handle the crowd while keeping us safely seperated. The facility is designed with large hallways, good signage and many entrances and exits. The staff were pleasant, professional, accomodating and quick.

Would like to acknowledge the AMAZING Ottawa Senators events & security staff, specifically DOUG and LORI, for making my young family's FIRST hockey/arena experience (specifically my toddler's first arena experience) a fantastic one. Earlier this week I blundered by unknowingly ordering seats in the standing area of the arena when my intention was to definitively find places in the seated areas (due to us bringing our young one along). However, thankfully DOUG & LORI, witnessed our plight about 5 minutes into the Sens/Oilers game, i.e., as we uncomfortably stood in our assigned areas (diaper bags, baby and all). Unbeknownst to us, they acted immediately to rectify the situation by finding unbought seats nearby and allowing us to place ourselves there instead (i.e., thus, allowing us to actually sit comfortably and enjoy the game). Bottom line: we wish to give DOUG & LORI a huge thanks for acting with great compassion, kindness and consideration. No doubt, we plan on making our way back to see more Ottawa Senators action as son as we can.
