Staff tends to cobbles some drink’s together making them terrible tasting. Not every time but enough to make me leave a bad review. Drinks are expensive, make them correct please. Cold brews taste like dirty dish rags, not sure how to describe that flavour.

With quite a varied set of customers (from gig workers with mullets to mums with kids) this small Starbucks gave me what I needed served with a pretty smile and pigtails: NItro Cold Brew, requirement at all Starbucks IMHO. I left the 401 highway to find this place and it did not disappoint.

I have had the pleasure of being served by a barista named Patrick twice now and both times he has been so polite, energetic, and kind! It is evident he creates a positive experience for every customer that walks in and a positive environment for his coworkers. He deserves all the success life brings him with that hard work and contagious positivity.

Always a great location; most of the staff are friendly and get to know regulars. It has always been a busy location, but everyone seems to hold it together—a great spot with lots of seating and parking. Drive-through is a nightmare due to the lack of space in the parking lot. Faster to pre-order and go inside to pick up your order.

This is the best Starbucks location… the baristas are next level helpful, kind and compassionate. I had car troubles in the drive through and they didn’t hesitate to jump into action to help and assure me that everything was okay. Patrick, Keira and Shuba (I hope I got all of the spelling correct!) were just incredible. Calm cool collected under pressure and still got everyone’s drinks to them while they were fresh - talk about professionals!!! Thank you so so much for your helpfulness and kindness in a tough situation :)

Tech friendly with plugs, soft seats. Clean washrooms; make sure to press the button on the wall to lock the door. Good atmosphere and friendly service.

Going to this particular Starbucks ALWAYS makes me leave with a smile on my face. Each and EVERY time I have visited the baristas have ALWAYS been so very upbeat and happy to serve you (this day and age that is not always the case). Whomever does the hiring must have a great sense of personality for sure!! Must be a great work environment. Thank you for such splendid service in our community.

Walked in near close, placed our order, and proceeded to stand there for an excessive amount of time while the barista making our drinks chatted with his co-workers, and assisted another patron who asked for assistance long after us, all while we had a bus to catch.

Who doesn’t love the smell of coffee beans and polite baristas? You’re crazy not to order a grande cappuccino. Make sure you use a fun name for your order!
