Such a great welcoming atmosphere, I brought my aunt & mother for a spa day they absolutely loved it. Great customer service very happy with our time spent here. I hope the owner & worker sees this because I didn’t get to express how amazing they both did. Thank you very much best place I’ve ever been!

my best friend and i made an appointment to both get acrylic nails put on at 1:45 and we had to wait for about 20 mins for them to finish up with other clients. the owner was training a girl and had us keep switching back and forth between them. my friends nails were absolutely horrible, didn’t let her pick the size, the shape was all wrong, the paint looked like it was done by an 8 year old and the design was so off. when expressing our concerns about the dramatic difference in length and the shape the owner was mean and blamed us for not saying anything. he said “the only way to make them the same length is to take a ruler to them”. the owner blamed us for not noticing until it was to late. the girl that was there being trained put to many top coats on and when i took my hand out of the light the polish was all over my finger and he wasn’t going to do anything about it until i got him to file it down. the owner says he has 22 years of experience but it sure doesn’t seem like it. never going there again.

I can't really say from an experience. I called and they are closed for the summer! I am not sure what kind of nail salon closes for the entire summer when that is such a high demand season for pedicures especially!I suppose they must be fairly successful to be able to close down for 2 months!

I’ve been going to Le Nails for 15 years. Great family business and nice to see the next generation now working there. Always very happy with Cuong’s methods and service.

This is what a 5 star salon is in Orillia!This salon is very clean, bright and up to date. It is relaxing and calm to be in during your service. Which is done by a very  honest business man who works for his clients!  He gets to know you, educates you and takes his time. The quality is next to none and his years of experience shine through.  I am always greeted by my name and spoken to in English the entire time.   (this is a bonus) esp being at other salons where the staff speak other languages in front of you while sharing inside jokes etc. Then rushing the  work your over paying for.This is the best salon I have been too in the past 4 years.  Cash is preferred and pre book your apt.  You won't be disappointed. Been going there for quite a while! Absolutely love this love. Family oriented. Very caring, and good place to have conversation. Happy place to be, the designs from Cuong are absolutely amazing!! Very detailed work, skilled! Left with a smile on my face, very happy with the shop and Cuong’s work. The shop takes high measures for cleanliness, I always see them cleaning. Will be coming back.

They always do an amazing job. I have gone to other places and they never put as much effort. Everyone here takes there time on the leg to massage and really clean up your feet up. Everyone here is kind patient and welcoming. Thanks for being awesome guys xo see ya soon lol

I have gone to Le Nail for years now and Cuong has always taken the time to make sure I’m happy with work done. He fixed my nails after a horrible experience at a different salon and I won’t go to anyone else. I have had touch ups and fixes done in between appointments, I’m very hard on my hands at work, and every time I was welcomed in and taken care of right away. The atmosphere is always relaxing and conversation is easy between technician and client also between clients. I always leave feeling better then when I came in. I also take every opportunity to let people know where I get them done when they compliment my nails. Highly recommended.

I was originally not happy with my manicure and gel polish experience. After only three days the gel polish began chipping off. However, I went back today and they happily redid them, so I am revising my review from a 1 to a 3 star.

First time at Le Nails today and I have nothing but positive things to say about Cuong and his nail salon. One of the cleanest and friendliest places I’ve been. Highly recommend! I will be a forever customer now.
