Food and drinks are decent, standard Starbucks quality. Store was busy, mid afternoon.The tables and floors were pretty dirty.

the staff here are all incredible! the friendliest team youd ever meet, they always give me amazing suggestions whenever im stuck and always remember my dietary needs (dairy free). i really appreciate the service here. shout out to darlene for being the best always!

Come to write my review and I notice the previous review commenting on the terrible customer service. surprise!Ordered a flat white which was not made right. I bring it back and instead of a sorry, I get well sir, our oat milk changed. I explain that I understand and am aware but there is too much oat milk in it, which is why it's so sweet. Therefore, can you make it with less oat milk? I can't do that. I can make your drink again, but it will be the same thing.How far does someone go in life with this kind of attitude?

Terrible customer service. Curly haired dude there doesn’t know a thing about customer service. He kept me waiting even though I was the only customer. I asked him if this is where I have to stand to order. He barely nodded his head and kept working on other minor stuff like disposing a chocolate wrapper, cleaning a juice cup, etc.Unacceptable from a Starbucks

I asked for an iced crisp apple macchiato over 3/4 of my drink is milk. At this point I’m drinking flavoured milk. The young man working was also very rude and had an attitude.
