Had very bad experience with this location. Management need to coach the staff how to be polite and try to help customers not to give them hard time, especially in winter time.

Horrible service. There is only one cashier and he is on the phone with some customer service somewhere else and making me wait for him. Very rude and unapologetic staff. What a disappointment.

I went to get a car wash and this is the third time I went and the employees close the line early. I arrived at 7:30 when the sign clearly says 8:00pm close. This is extremely frustrating since I pay for a car wash pass. Buyers beware if you want to use the wash… they make up their own hours

The car was takes 5-10 minutes per car. I've never seen that before. I've been stuck in this queue for like 15 minutes already and probably looking at another 15-20 until I can leave. If you see more than one car at the wash just do yourself a favor and take off

Just drove from Brantford, got off 404 hwy to fuel up and use the restroom, only to find the Washroom closed.. on the website it states there is a Washroom accessible. Unacceptable.

The car wash is closed more than it is open. Not sure if they close it when they only have one employee on but having a season pass is a waste of money if this is the closest Petro for you. Can never get my vehicle washed. I drive to Newmarket instead. Makes no sense to offer a season pass and rarely accomodate people to use the wash.

It's an amazing gas station! Staffs and cashiers are friendly the car was is just amazing it cleaned our car so good with no dirty marks! This is an amazing gas station in Keswick!

DO NOT come here in the summer during the evening unless you enjoy having mosquitos in your ear, and nose , having mosquitos all over your car and leaving with plenty of mosquito bites on you ! Mosquitos are EVERYWHERE. They claim to have sprayed the place down but seems like they only do it once a month and it doesn’t seem very effective .
