I had my basement bathroom redone after the last 2 contractors messed it up. The workmanship is a 10, the tile work is flawless and looks like fine art. I was so please that I had them do my powder room, front foyer, main bathroom shower floor and my kitchen floor. The work is brilliant and I will be using them again.

Great company to work with. Went through 2 tile contractors before finding these guys.1st one disappeared before fully demolished my existing stick on vinyl.The 2nd contractor made my floors WORSE. They raised it 1 with self leveler and made a 1-1/2" bump in the middle of kitchen. Huge mess all over my walls with splashes of concrete everywhere.I was without a kitchen for almost 2 weeks and my cabinets was coming in 4 days.Calling and trying to find a contractors who can to take a job last minute was hard to find and whoever would take it was up-charging so much.I found Total Reno Group. Garneth came and looked at my job and understood how bad the situation worse and how much money I was in the hole already. He had empathy for my situation and took the job.He sent his brother the next day who fixed my floor hump and installed my tiles

It's the worst tiling I have ever seen in my life. I told the owner Garnet and he agreed with me! And they haven't done anything about it.I told them from beginning the work is not being done right. They asked for their money before the work was completed, They have never contacted me or tried to fixed the mess they created out of my bathroom tiling.

They did demolition in my entire house, remodelled it and put it back together! Amazing people and so easy to work with.

I was looking for someone to come to my house and design a few things! Total Reno came and were very efficient and tidy! Paint job was very neat and well done. The tilers were very nice people and cleaned up after themselves each day of work. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get the job done right!
